WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME?
All orders are shipped within 24 hours from our warehouse in Sweden. The delivery time is 4-7 days outside the EU, 3-5 days within EU and 1-3 days within Scandinavia.
WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER FOR MY SHIPMENT?
Yes. A confirmation email with tracking information will be sent in association with the delivery.
ARE YOUR WATCHES FOR SALE IN ANY STORES?
Our watches are currently exclusively for sale via our website, www.philippauger.com. If you are a store owner and would like to sell our watches, please contact us at [email protected]
ARE YOUR WATCHES WATERPROOF?
Yes, all our watches are waterproof up to 3ATM. To avoid damaging your NATO or leather strap we recommend to take your watch off before entering water.
CAN I RETURN MY WATCH?
Yes, you can return your order within 30 days from the day you have received your product(s).
HOW DOES IT WORK WITH VAT AND CUSTOMS?
When you order from a country within the EU, Hong Kong, China, Singapore or Switzerland (below 250 USD) and Australia / New Zealand (orders below 650 USD) you pay the price including Swedish VAT and no other fees are added.
When you order from a country outside the above mentioned, you pay VAT and customs duty in the receiving country.
