Shipping policy

Below are the terms and conditions that make up our shipping policy.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within [1-3 business days]. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we experience a large volume of orders, deliveries may be delayed by a few days. In such cases, we will normally notify you of significant delays via email.

2. Shipping Costs and Delivery Estimates

The shipping costs for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the delivery method selected.

Estimated Delivery Times:

Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days

Express Shipping: 2-3 business days

International Shipping: 10-20 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance and local delivery conditions. 

3. International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries. Please note that international orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These additional fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates. 

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, which will include your tracking number(s). You can use this tracking number to check the delivery status of your package on the carrier's website. 

5. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure that all shipping information is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for delays or delivery errors caused by incorrect or incomplete address information. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs. 

6. Damage and lost packages

Philippauger.com is not responsible for products that are damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive a damaged order, please contact the carrier or our support to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged items to facilitate the claim process.
